  5. Provide 2 TBS of ginger and garlic paste.

  8. Prepare of Salt.

  1. Soak the omena in hot water and wait for 10 mins.
  2. Heat oil and fry the omena till brown,add onions,ginger- garlic pasteand stir for seconds,add 3/4 dania and bended tomatoes.add cuury powder and salt and cook till thick.
  3. Add 1/4 dania, steam for seconds then serve.
