  1. Prepare 2 cups of poha/flattened rice/beaten rice.

  3. Take 1 tsp of mustard seeds.
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp of peanuts/groundnuts.
  5. Take 1 tbsp of very finely chopped green chillies.
  6. Use 8-10 of fresh curry leaves.
  7. Provide 3 of medium size finely chopped onions/kanda.
  8. Provide to taste of salt.
  9. Get 1 pinch of sugar optional.
  10. Provide 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder/haldi.
  11. Take 2 tbsp of coriander leaves.
  12. Provide 1 of medium size lemon extracted juice.

Instructions to make Poha:

  1. Take a pan/wok, into it, add oil and heat it. Add mustard seeds and let them crackle. Add peanuts and roast for few seconds. Add finely chopped green chillies and saute. Add curry leaves into it..
  2. Add chopped onions and saute for few seconds. Into it, add salt as per taste. Add few sugar crystals and stir well(optional). Add turmeric powder and mix well. Add the washed poha into it.
