- Use 1 cup of curd.
- Get 1 cup of water.
- You need 1 cup of motti suji.
- Get 11/2 cup of barik suji.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- Get of For stuffing.
- Get 1 of onion chopped.
- Provide 1 cup of veggies(carrot,cabbage,capsicum,corn,peas,beans)chopped.
- Prepare 1 of tomato without pulp (chopped).

Steps to make Suji Appams:
- For appam mixture:Take a bowl add all the ingredients make a paste rest it for 15mins.
- For stuffing: Take a kadai add oil, rai curry leaves, peanuts and all the vegetables saute till soft now add add the masalas cook for 5 mins..
- Cool it down and mix it in suji mixture.add coriander leaves and 1/2 tsp metha soda (to make fluffy appam)heat the appam mould drizzle oil add mixture and cook it till brown..
