  1. Pumpkin sabzi……Take a vok. Add ghee then add cumin seeds and curry leaves.

  11. For pranta…..take a big plate add aatta and boiled mashed potatoes..
  12. Then add spanich leaves, coriander leaves, salt, chopped green chilli, some carom seeds.
  13. Mix properly and knead it in smooth dough by adding a little bit of water..
  14. Then a small ball from dough and roll it in shape of Parantha with roller pin. You can also roll Parantha with your hands on a plastic sheet..
  15. Heat up a tawa. Placed Parantha on it cook it properly from both sides by applying ghee on it.
