  19. Get 1/2 cup of milk.
  20. Take 1/4 cup of mustard oil.
  21. Use 1/2 cup of fresh cream.
  22. Take 1/2 cup of curd.

Steps to make Cauliflower kofta curry:

  1. Method for koftas.
  2. Mix the vegetables in a bowl add salt and leave it for 5 mins..
  3. Remove the excess water by pressing it between your palm from the veggies.
  4. Now add the remaining ings and make a dough.
  5. Deep fry till golden brown.

  12. Now add curd milk and cream and again cook till the oil floats.
  13. Keep stirring in between add the extract pulp of the veggies..
  14. Let it cook on low flame for 10_12 mins toll.oil flaots on top..
