  1. First take besan, curd in a bowl.add curd and water.mix well make a smooth paste..
  2. Add salt, sugar, oil, adrak harimirch paste, haldi in it. Mix well..
  3. Heat an idli stand. Add water in it..
  4. Now add eno in besan batter and lenon juice on it..
  5. Put it in a gressed container..

  7. Cover it and cook for 20- 30 min..
  8. Then check if cooked.off the flame..
  9. Now make tadka.Heat a pan, add oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilli. stir and add water, sugar, salt, lemon juice..
  10. Cook it 5 min.pour it on cooked dhokla..
  11. Cut into pieces and serve. Garnish with coriander..
