  1. Take 4 pieces of drumsticks.
  2. Get 1 cup of water.
  3. Take 1 cup of buttermilk.
  4. Get 1/2 cup of besan(gram flour).
  5. Use 1 tbsp of red chilli powder.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
  7. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  8. Take 1/2 tsp of Lemon juice.
  9. You need 2 tbsp of Oil.

Steps to make Drumstick Curry:

  1. Wash and clean the drumstick thoroughly. Chop off the top a bit and partially peel it with knife itself. Chop them into finger length pieces of equal size and use it in curries.
  2. Boil the drumstick pieces in a pressure cooker. After one whistle turn off the stove. Take it out once it cools down..
  3. Now heat a wok on medium heat and add some oil, add boiled drumsticks, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix with spatula..
  4. Now add some water, stir it for 5 minutes. Then add buttermilk. Leave it for another 5 to 7 minutes..
  5. Add 2 tbsp of gram flour and mix it with spatula.. (drumsticks should not break while mixing).
  6. Add lemon juice, and red chilli powder again. Mix well.
  7. If it's thick you can add lil bit of water..
  8. It's ready drumsticks curry. You can have it with chapatis or rice. This tastes yum 😋..
